Weekly Scoring Instructions
Each golfer will keep his own scorecard. One player in each foursome should keep all player's scores. After the round, each golfer is to:
1. Validate his score with the person keeping all the scores to ensure all holes are captured correctly.
2. Keep your scorecard and enter your score hole-by-hole into the Golf Canada website as soon as possible after the round (within 48 hours). Ensure that you are posting to the correct course, tee, and date.
Note: If you enter your scores on Friday you must change the date to Thursday so that it is captured in the Men's Day scoring report for that week.
Scores will be obtained from a GAO report based upon scores posted on the Golf Canada website.
Scoring and selection of the winners will be done on or after the Saturday following Men's Day. Anyone who hasn't posted their score correctly (course, tee, date) on Golf Canada by Friday night will not be eligible to win the payouts.
Posting Scores When You Don't Complete the Round
If you only play 9 holes, post a 9 hole score.
If you play more than 9 holes and you quit before finishing (due to inclement weather or a match is over and you choose to not play out the remaining holes or for any other reason), enter '0' for the unplayed holes and the computer will calculate your score for handicap purposes.
